Applicants may submit official transcripts either by physical mail or electronically through approved vendors.
Physical Transcript Submission
Please mail transcripts as original documents in an official school envelope, properly sealed and stamped with the school’s seal, directly to the SUNY Korea FIT Admissions Office.

Electronic Transcript Submission:
The Admissions Office accepts electronic transcripts only from the following approved vendors:
If SUNY Korea FIT does not appear as a selectable recipient within the vendor’s system, please manually enter our Admissions Office email address (admission@sunykorea.ac.kr) as the recipient and input the institution details directly.
Applicants that attended secondary or post-secondary school(s) outside of the US or South Korea must have their transcripts verified by a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES).
NACES Evaluation Process:
1. The student selects a NACES evaluator of their choice and designates SUNY Korea FIT as the evaluation recipient.
2. The school (or student, if applicable) submits official transcripts directly to the NACES evaluator.
3. The evaluator reviews and verifies the documents.
4. The NACES evaluator sends the official evaluation report directly to SUNY Korea FIT.
5. This evaluated report serves as the student’s official academic record for admissions review.
*Transcripts must be evaluated using official documents in order for application review to proceed.
**Once the NACES evaluation report has been sent to SUNY Korea FIT, students do not need to mail a separate copy of transcripts.
